Many times we need a hand and someone to share our pain with, as we walk into the future without a loved one. Creating a memory jar or using photographs can help us to form a continuing bond with our departed loved one or work through our loss such job or valuables.

Feelings of being stuck/ life limiting illnesses
When things are not working with those we love, it can be dauting, distressing and a challenging time for those involved.
